Trekkers must have their proper trekking equipments, health check up by doctor, take first aid kids and good fittness for trekking. All these three passes takes more than 8 hrs to cross. Take pack lunch or dry foods for the day and drinks lots of warm water in the morning and carry full bottle of water because your mouth can be dry at high altitude.
