Pharchamo Peak Climbing


Pharchamo Peak ( 6187 m), 13 days from Kathmandu to Kathmandu:

Pharchamo Peak in Nepal is a little bit techical peak in between Khumbu and Rolwaling area. Traditional culture, rockey forest, monasteries, senic views from every camp site make this trip extra high light. Lukla, Namche and Thame are the main market places. Winter is not highly recommanded to do this expedition. Best time is March to November. 200 meters fixed rope / 100 meters main rope, all the climbing gears, including camping equipment are require for at least 5 day.


Itinerary:


Day 01:
Kathmandu 1400 m. to Lukla flight 2840 m and trek to Phakding 2610 m.


Day 02: Phakding to Namche 3440 m.


Day 03: Namche Rest 3440 m.


Day 04: Thame 3800 m.


Day 04: Thyangbo 5 hrs trek, 4230 m.


Day 05:  Thangbo to Ngole 5110 m.


Day 06: Rest at Ngole to see weather condition and acclimatization.


Day 07: Trashi Labtsa pass 5755 m, is called high camp.


Day 08: Take summit 6187 m and back to Thyangbo.


Day 09: Thyangbo to Thame.


Day 11: Namche.


Day 12: Lukla.


Day 13: Morning flight to
Kathmandu.
